I couldn't find it either, so my cousin ended up burning TA and its expansion and mailing them to me. I still haven't forgiven him.
i wasn't so much awed by the amazing 3d projectiles as i was suprised by the ugly-even-then graphics. Every unit is made up of enormous squares or triangles, units that somehow roll their misshapen square wheels across the (mind boggling, innovative, fully rendered 3d) map to fire explosive square shells at the oncoming Triangle Tank Marauders. An absurd number of unit types and varied terrain mean shit when the energy sources are inexaustible. You can fine tune your skirmish forces to perfectly fit the terrain as much as you'd like, but the game allows 200 units on screen at once, and thats exactly how many i'm going to overrun you with as i keep cranking out units and sending them towards your base. This game can be won without ever having seen the enemies base, so long as you know what direction to point your massive replenishing army towards and you can click "build tank drone" faster.
And this was the game he tried to get me to buy when Starcraft was new? TA trumps starcraft in unit number and arcing shots over hills. I'm not completely sure how a sweeping orchestral score and hilly terrain made up for a shitty game back then, and i'm positive there's nothing in it worth playing now. BUT! Since i guess warez frightens and confuses you, i'd be happy to send this game to you, as i would love to be able to tell my cousin i sent off his faggot game to a complete stranger, like so much chain letter, to become someone elses problem. Let me know!
