But in the meantime, not a word you said here invalidates the concepts of the common law system and the American concept of precedent that is based on it. Besides, do you think judges are morons? If a lawsuit has no merit, IT WILL GET THROWN OUT. Otherwise you're guaranteeing that corporate America can line up behind the collective asshole of the consumers of America and pound away for all they're worth. And they will. Oh yes, they will.

Oh, wait, that's right. They're ALWAYS in fucking court, "bloviating" about the second amendment. And they always lose, because the lawyers and judges know the law better than they do (and you do). As do the "asinine leftists", which is why they know that when idiot right wingers write a stupid unconstitutional law (which is usually, witness PATRIOT, the DMCA, and all this "faith based" bullshit), they can usually get it thrown out.

If the right wing wants to rewrite the constitution, then let them rewrite the constitution and see how that plays. Pulling this kind of backdoor "I'm going to pretend that the fundamental laws of the Republic don't exist because God told me so" bullshit is precisely why America needs the courts, and you need to sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up. Not because you don't have a right to speak, because you do... but because I love you, you silly goose, and I can't bear to see you look more and more ig'nint with each post.
