I suppose "not enough socialism" is suddenly not socialism at all? There are certain fields in which socialist/collectivist central planning are adequate and for ideological or practical reasons ought to be run by governments, either because it is difficult for them to screw up (basic road building) or because it is a matter of common sense (national security). That does not in any way rationalize socialist medical systems, which in half-assed incarnations are expensive and short on returns (like ours) and in their full fledged incarnations are crippling in the long run. A primer on opportunity cost and how common sense dictates that for most matters individuals are the best judges of where their money should go might help, but I doubt it since you surely think you and your kind better able to spend everyone else's earnings.
FREE TIP FOR U: Don't say things like "ended up costing less" when you obviously have no grasp of how interrelated economies are and what the long term effects of massive taxation are on a country, not to mention the many forms "costs" can take.
