I'm still not understanding why this is not your fault: if the game is identical and you don't attempt to change strategy, you lose. If we play four games of chess where neither of us attempt anything different and you lose every time, then you can hardly blame me. Maybe you can just state that you don't like StarCraft, SB, but he's pretty much mapped out a dam of logic with no leaks. I liked C&C better than SC myself, though I don't fault the game; it's more of a matter of my preferences in the setting. You don't like it? Well then, I'll be the first to accept your opinion. You don't have to further convince me of how flawed it its to drive home the point of how much you really don't like it. I WOULD agree that I'm more of a play for style guy vs a play to win cutthroat type, but again, I don't fault the game for not catering to my preferences. I do credit the devs for managing to create such an addictive, quality game with a absolute sense of balance.

Master of Orion 3 will be out soon enough, don't fret.
