But you have to be fortunate in addition to being fast. The following parameters essentially must exist: Crates must be ON, the map needs to be Tour of Egypt, and superweapons need to be OFF. The chances of all three of these happening are actually good, so feel free to experiment. Here's what ya gotta do:
Be either Yuri or some Allied country. Don't get rushed(tee hee). Find a crate with either a Yuri or Allied MCV(whichever one you didn't have before). Build a shitload of tank bunkers, put prism tanks in them, build a shitload of gatling cannons , and gap off your base. It's not 100% unblowupable, and very few seasoned RA2 gamers would give you enough uninterrupted time to pull it off, but it works. Believe me, this is a career RTS turtle talking. The prism tanks in the bunkers dynamic makes me wonder if the devs ever tested it. It sure seems like they get additional range, which is already sick, and chances are by the time the enemy realizes he's not getting through your defenses without a rediculously large assualt force, your prisms have veterancy -- retarded sick.
I had one of those games where our teammate decided to flake after the initial rush phase(sorry I gtg bye BOOM), and I had barely managed to thank him for not selling his MOTHERFUCKING NULCEAR REACTOR first, which EXPLODED NEXT TO MY MOTHERFUCKING WAR FACTORY, essentially KILLING EVERY MOTHERFUCKING OFFENSIVE UNIT I had in reserve. Sadly, the second rush didn't meet much resistance from me, and I had to spiri tmy last remaining units(2 IFV's and a Battle Fortress) away to my remaining ally's base and guard my lone power plant I placed there earlier. He manages to stave off the assualt, and in the midst of the carnage he found that handy little Yuri MCV. He had already built up this sizable fleet of prism tanks, so he started laying out bunker after bunker, anad putting up the AA guns like I mentioned earlier.
All of this transpired as our three opponents, smelling blood, layed on the fucking taunt key(I motherfucking HATE Korea) and began to build what they planned on being the victory brigade. Tee hee. It went something like this: 6 zeppelins, 16 of those korean black eagle fuckers, no less than 8 battlefortresses, a fucking dense cloud of rocketeers, and countless hordes of tanks. And they all died a thankless, pitiful death. With the added rank to the surviving units on our side(icluding my three wittle tanks) our counterattack was brief and fucking deadly. Proabaly the most memorable match I've ever played in that game, victory from the jaws of defeat, ect.
