"Strongly anti-war" hits my ears the same way as "strongly anti-corn". Diplomacy, negotation, sanctions, assassination, sabotage, war, genocide are economic tools, means of exerting will and coercing change. Each is fit to be analyzed like any investment: costs, risks, payoff, and time.

Although complex and inexact, that calculation is surprisingly possible and infinitely necessary. Jesse Jackson is far from qualified to perform it.
