You can have a lot of muscle and fat at the same time. If you're fat you're prevented from doing some missions, but if you aren't fat enough some chicks won't go out with you..... OR SOMETHING.

The amount of side missions, things to collect, mini games, gambling games, vehicles to drive or pilot, and things to upgrade your skills in period are crazy.
