You're not thinking of the big picture. Sometimes I have to make short term sacrifices for my long term mental health. If I were a psychologist, I'd say that the reason you couldn't concentrate on the videogames wasn't because you were looking forward to a night of whoring, but rather because you hated yourself for running to the whores (like a desperate lonely loser) after getting shot down by a girl you felt was beneath you.
