While the game has some PFH polygons by today's standards, I thought Tenchu was a pretty cool game. It may not have had the total awe factor of MGS, but I thought it had a helluva lot more replay value and it didn't have the freaky X-Files military Fag Jackal conspiracy bullshit - both of which go far with me. Other plusses included the soundtrack and somewhat original or at least cool mission ideas (KILL THE FOREIGN INVADERS!). Hell reading this made me want to go replay it right now, but alas my fagass ex-roommate lost my copy.
What part of the controls was considered to be bad? The camera angle control? I was always able to look pretty much wherever I needed to, but maybe that's just because I have the totatally SWEET blood of the ninja in my veins. |
