The left player fire/start buttons on my Badlands machine have not worked for a while, and I finally decided to pull it apart and investigate. All the solders and such seem fine to my stupid eyes, so after disconnecting, dusting and reconnecting harnesses I powered it off for a ROM check, and sure enough it says EEPROM error. Press left start to exit (I can't!!!). I guess that's it for this machine!
ICJ: Which forum should I post on about this problem? I normally avoid these horrible arcade restoration people. Don't tell them I said that. |
