As a certified LSAT tutor, I think your problem is falling into the trap of taking those questions that seem to be asking for your opinion at face value. In fact, every one of these questions saying "what is the BEST way to (something to do with crushing kittens)?" has only one correct answer and the four remaining choices are clearly wrong for one reason or another.
Also, and one of the hardest things to convince my students of, if you can handle sudoku, you can handle the Logic Puzzles!

Oh, MM, you're so sweet to me. But you always had me to look out for you and pay your bills, so while I was footing the tab for your retesting and admissions, I did so at the cost of my own (only) chance at success.
Anyway, my new company is going to be the focus of a new reality TV show airing in September I guess. Some time next week I get to learn whether I become head of operations and, consequently, one of the lesser major cast members. So I've got that going for me, which is nice. I do kind of deeply resent my failure to follow up on law school, but whether or not I would be any good as a lawyer, I definitely wasn't able to perform at a law school level at the time I took the LSAT. The test reflected very accurately my 1) innate genius and 2) lack of commitment.
But I do get to go to some kind of grad school now, since I got a huge no-strings-attached grant. I waver between a master's in Political Science (useless) and a master's in Systems Science (even more useless; it is what they have to call the cybernetics program because people kept expecting robots and cool robot shit.) Mostly I'm betting on red: that this stupid company will be hysterically successful and I was just in the right place at the right time, and it won't even matter that I've blown as many opportunities as I've blown in my life.
