I know one thing - 3 years ago I spent a whole school year working in a school recording studio where I had to sign equipment in and out - I sat in a completely dark corner and all I did was surf POE all... day... long, and after 9 months of it my vision was FUCKED.

Before: Fullofkittens can drive without glasses

After: Fullofkittens can't even FIND his glasses without assistance.

So I'm not too sure about this peripheral vision thing.
