OK, I confess to not having followed what's been going on in North Korea as of late, but here's the thing I don't get: why are they our (er, America's) 'problem'? I get that they are run by a despot who is running the gulags in a manner that would cause the guys from ZPC to flash them a thin-lipped smile and nervous cough, coupled with how they were named as part of the 2001 updated teams roster for the Axis of Evil. But if they've got a nuke or two and can't wait to use them, why aren't the Russians more concerned than Bush purports to be? They are the ones who'd have to deal with the fallout. Do they get along with them? Is Bush and whoever just so completely full of shit (therefore explaining the Russians disinterest) or do the Russians just have bigger fish to fry (with Chechnya and so forth)?
