it was an ok movie, but for a star trek reboot it was disappointing
a lot of the problems that cloverfield had are in this, as well as way too much lens flare (it's THE FUTURE) but my biggest disappointment was that the characters didn't get enough to do, the movie spent most of the time establishing the peril of creating BLACK HOLES (and they are always called black holes, not singularities or wrom I mean worm holes or collapsed stars or whatever)
the "big three" had maybe 5 seconds together :( |
