As long as they keep the ridiculous one liners and dialogue. If Leon isn't going to be the main character then they need someone else to go "psh" about 20 times throughout the game, especially in response to some evil mastermind's evil claims of world domination. The best one in RE4 is when Salazar, the evil dwarf major boss guy, is yapping about evil plans, and Leon just whips a knife through the air right into the guy's hand, sticking it to a wall, while Salazar looks like he's about to cry and Leon just goes "psh." That alone makes up for any lack of strafing.
As for the PC port, I'd probably stick with the Gamecube version. |
