That's the layout for all Jap games, so it's as if that part didn't get localized. Not that you shouldn't blame Hideo, of course.


It's been like that for all 3 games. So either they have a horrible localization department, or Hojima seriously wants his fans to hate him, just like his masochistic idol, Evangelion's Hideo Kojima.
