No armor should = 0% spell failure. Concentration doesn't enter into it at all.
But of course Bioware makes up their own rules. I'd have to play the game again to see, but they have new feats, old feats that act differently, new skills, etc. You're never playing D&D strictly by the rulebooks in any Bioware product. The weirdest was BG2, since they kinda merged 2nd Ed and 3rd Ed together. |
