Not entirely true. Excerpts of a copywritten piece can be quoted under fair use laws. Reprinting something in it's entirety is probably a no-no but is [i]possibly[/i] acceptable under fair use laws as you are not a for profit site. I'm not an expert on fair use, however, nor am I a lawyer. As a rule of thumb I'd avoid reprinting things in their entirety but excerpts are just fine.
