| 1) VC's reluctant to fund anything since the Silicon Valley Bank meltdown. Even though they are sitting on a lot of money
2) Crypto related companies shutdown put a big glut of tech workers on the market 3) Assumptions by C levels that AI will be able to handle a lot of the work (especially design, QA, and customer service). So they are delaying any scale up that they really should be doing. 4) If a company is going to hire a remote worker, then might as well hire an overseas remote worker for a lot less 5) A weird new acceptance of just "let it stay broken. Fuck the user experience" |
