I've had numerous interviews, including a few occasions where one company has interviewed me three times. Today I got an email saying I didn't "meet the minimum requirements" for the role, which was completely insane because I interviewed with them and they commented on my experience. I asked them what they were talking about, but I doubt I'll get a reply. I've been very reluctant to conclude this, but is it because I have earrings and nail polish during the zoom interviews? I'm going to stop showing any outward sign of being gay and see if that helps. I haven't worked since September and it's weird, man. |
