| I am a complete retard and you can equip items from the main equip menu. It's right there at the bottom, like 8 panels, but I am dumb and blind. Also, you can leave compound messages by toggling the format in the message creation menu. It pays to read the very bottom of the screen where the buttons tell you what the options are, just like it pays to stay in school so this never happens in the first place.
PvP is basically non-existent until after High Wall of Lothric and > level 25-30, at least it was for me. Then I started getting invaded a lot, several times by 2 people at once. I was penetrated most unsexily. I guess there's 3 different types of PvP invaders. Two factions (maybe 3?), one of which invades people who are currently in the Blue Sentinel Covenant, some mad phantom faction, and invading via a cracked red-eyed orb. Bonfires are way more frequent, but that appears to be because there's a lot more enemies between them. I guess the B team was put in charge of Dark Souls 2 while the A team was making Bloodborne, because this game is way better than 2. |
