Interpol helps people feel sad! They used to do a really good job of it. If you weren't a pussy, you'd recognize there are people who, when they're sad, like to listen to sad music to amplify those feelings AND REALLY FEEL ALIVE and to feel that other people have also been through similiar shit and relate. It's great. Whereas you go Hello Kitty when you're confronted with bad feelings and consequently don't develop coping skills and cry over dumb movies and quit Arcanium when you weren't able to solve the rape mystery. I bet I could kick your ass at every important thing in the world.
AND! I've had every single Crash Test Dummies album (and regretted deleting their Christmas album) and read 'The Mayor Of Casterbridge' only because in an online interview long ago Brad Roberts said it was his favourite book. I would never recommend CTD or listen to them outside of headphones, but kiss my ass you mean old cunt! I also consider anyone hating Coldplay to be a bad person with issues and my favourite band of all time is REM but probably only because you can't help but weigh these things in favour of your childhood.
