Mages might apparently suck to level (I dunno, never played one), but they are considered the ultimate DPS/utility/crowd control class in instances, especially after owtland.
The drawback is that most mages are constantly pulling agor because they're overnuking like fucking amateurs so that they can post the damage meters with them at the top (naturally, anyone who keeps a damage meter somehow has themselves at the top no matter what) right after they pull aggro on like 3 guys and wipe the entire party as everyone else tries to fix their incompetence. Meanwhile they think that they didn't do anything wrong because they're fully geared in PVP epics so they think they must be good players even though obviously you never have to manage aggro in PVP. |
