That is currently where I keep the books I find in the game, and I don't mean the ones that raise stats, but the ones that have people writing in their journals, like so.
DAY 1: Everything is totally normal.
DAY 2: Something is suspicious.
DAY 3: It's still suspicious OH GOD HELP WHY CLAWS TEETH THEY RIPPED MY FACE OFF (writing trails off on the page)
There are many books, ledgers, journals, and clipboards with this exact thing throughout the game. I think it's some intentional fourth wall type joke actually, because these items are like a takeoff on those adventure game journals, or Resident Evil. Especially in this game where it can scare you by actually throwing a scared character in front of you, and then throwing some brain sucking fleshcraft demon on its face. |
