Okay, here's the setup:
Cable modem
---goes into
Router
---which connects
Vonage router
PC 1
PC 2 and
Wireless router
---which connects
Laptop 1 and
Laptop 2 (both wireless)
Now, I want to share files from PC 1 to Laptop 1. (It has all my working projects on it but I can't use my regular office.)
PC 2 can see the shared directories off of PC 1 just fine, but the laptop cannot see PC 1 or 2. Is it possible for me to somehow get the shared folders seen on the wired router to also be seen through the wireless router? They're all sharing the same internet connection, so I feel like it's possible, I'm just not seeing something.
I could probably spend a whole day moving everything off the wired router onto the wireless one and reconfiguring everything but is that necessary?
Any ideas? |

wire the lap top? NT by Jerry Whorebach 10/22/2007, 10:57pm PDT
Can't. It's too far and anyways there's no more ports in the main router. NT by Fullofkittens 10/22/2007, 11:02pm PDT
