 Sometimes I would try to stick to the existing branding of a game. This respect offered would be directly proportional to how much I liked the game before downloading it. My respect had limits, though, as I can see I clearly did this logo from memory, while also disregarding the colours completely in favour of using materials indigenous to the area -- probably whatever two markers still had caps on them. Even with the shortcomings of the Arkanoid label, it would be a shining jewel in my disk tray.
Forget what I've told you about not using ballpoint on a floppy label! Part of being a good artist is knowing which rules to break. Here I flaunted my carefree attitude with TWO pens, probably feeling safe about the pen not stabbing through THREE layers of label. A different game is clearly underneath the Arkanoid label, and below that I can see my dad's handwriting peaking out (also ballpoint pen).
Arkanoid was a decent port.
