S+V is a good compo because it includes the very high-quality song Sound and Vision, which Changesbowie does not. However it is also a bad compo, for a number of reasons which I shall now enumberate. One, it leaves off a couple important tracks like Diamond Dogs and Golden Years. Two, Bowie tries to trick you by playing the songs different than he does on the radio. Who the fuck does he think he's fooling? Three, like you said, it stops at nineteen eighty. Unless you get the 2003 release with an extra disc, in which case you have to sit through about six tracks of that Tin Machine shit (NO DICE). In conclusion, the number of reasons is three. |
