It took more than a year, but Microsoft is finally starting to deliver on the promises of Live Arcade. Also, backward compatibility (see newly playable JSRF, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Phantom Dust).
It sounds like they are starting to do a pretty good job - there are plenty of games that are being added to the system that I'd play if I didn't already have them working in some version or another. I seem to recall Speedball 2 being an Amiga game first, and if they continue to port great games from systems that are emulated with something other than MAME then... well, there is no then, it would just be great.
