Their customer service was great. by What are you comparing them to? 03/18/2026, 2:42pm PDT Radioshack didn't have knowledgeable staff by the dawn of the 21st century. They pivoted from shirt & tie guys who knew their electronics to exploited kids who didn't know shit except the binder full of phone plans they had to memorize. Fry's always knew exactly what components to get a clueless twat like me. Very quickly. Got in and got out in less time than Gamestop or Radioshack would try to sign me up for a dozen warranties and upsells. If Fry's customer service was ass, what in the hell retailer was good?
