That wasn't the point! The point was those huge stores full of computer stuff. Everything you could want, back then. Every Fry's had a theme: Wild West, Egyptian Temple, etc. In the 2000s I remember putting together a computer with parts from Fry's. Building a computer felt like so much fun back then. It was sad to see them go. They were starting to die as early as 2019, and then COVID obviously dealt them a mortal wound, like a lot of other businesses.
