The entire time Gates was at Microsoft, if you were to try and phone in to the switchboard at 3 AM, and then patiently let it ring, you were guaranteed to get Gates, sitting in his office. He always worked late at night, and would always eventually answer the phone. Steve Gibson revealed this years later on his podcast. Gates would always happily answer answer technical questions (and buzz in the hookers). |
