Agreed. This has room to a) inform the user went to far, then b) punish them (eg. disable the power, which impacts upcoming events).

As far as I could tell you're never really in peril? Scrap the auto-intervention & prompts for when you can use your powers.

Other points to improve:
- Don't straight up reveal to the player that they could jump into photos. Let that be exploratory (and require at minimum, say, a puzzle to solve)
- Ability to save Rachel? If she's alive, then there's no clear evidence against the mustache twirling villain which opens a different situation. Plus, Chloe wouldn't be interested in tagging along as she's too busy gettin in her girlfriend's pants.
- Option to really just let everybody die while you party up in the SF Bay Area. Rewind time to cure your hangover, and then go back for seconds. M A D   M A X
