All the weapons and kits and upgrades you unlock in multiplayer, you can use in single player. Because it's all the same XP and level pool, and you can still level up from single player (not nearly as fast of course, killing a bot would only give you 10 to 20 XP to the multiplayer's 100 XP per kill).
There will be a few unique weapons you can only unlock in single player, but just a couple. They should be good ones, not dummy prizes, so that you really have to play single player to get all the guns, but at the same time the point is to make single player an actual spectacle that no one has ever done before.
You'll have the defib available right at the start, at level 1, but you can only rez one person with it. Actually we do things better, so it won't be an actual defib, it will be like a defib/medigel applier or some shit, like it injects a body with regenerative whatever magic bullshit and then defibs them too. The point is, you can only use it once, until you spend a lvl up point into upgrading it so that it recharges its charge, so you can't just run around zapping like 4 people in a row to revive them all, unless you spend points into upgrading it, and the more points you spend into upgrading the defib, the more XP you can earn from reviving people of course.
Other kit things will have this as well. The med box and ammo box will have unlock points you can spend into them to upgrade the radius and rate of heal/supply. |
