How about the third option? by fucking newbie 05/25/2013, 3:47pm PDT Why not assume you're being played every time - mass media and all - and ask yourself why the editors at Huffpo or whatever the rag in question is let that particular story go through? They have no end of possible contributions and new contributors submitting whatever they want across the industry, why do they go with what they have in a particular instance should maybe be illuminating. Or is it that there's not enough there anymore because the industry is that simple? I've seen you guys dig deep enough into this shit when you occasionally comment on the likely inner workings of EA's marketing machine and the consequences it creates for them. Maybe that's just jeep though.
