So it's a good load:play ratio that way. I would expect this and the framerate would be the two things improved by the Xbox's hard drive caching and muscle (I'm talking to you, Lizard_King, you lazy motherfucker!!!).

Framerates are fine. Loadtimes are 10 seconds or less.

but how can you dislike a game where you drag a cuffed high-ranking bounty behind some cover and call for a supply drop -- only to have the supply chopper destroyed by AA fire, and then get killed by falling debris. It's not "cheap" and I don't feel cheated because it was flukey and it only happened to me. That was my personal experience in that mission, which probably no one else had. Next time I did that mission I made sure to sweep that section better so it would provide a safe haven later. I value the control of my destiny which the game affords me, like GTA before it.

Something like that happened to me in one of the clubs missions. It seemed like everytime I sweeped the place and called in the extraction chopper, some rocket launching dink would spawn out of nowhere and start firing us, killing me or driving off the chopper. That part wasn't fun, but it was the only time I ran into such a thing.

The black dude was the only personality I could stand, but yeah is avoiding damage is kind of lazy. There's almost no way for you to die in a mission unless you start getting a bunch of rockets or tank shells lobbed at you.
