I was going to conclude that Fabio sucks at videogames, the logical ending to the discussion, but let's look at Fabio's last game: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/battlereport/show/12990941/1/300308034/

Award Score: 400
Squad Score: 60
Team Score: 500
Objective Score: 240
General Score: 1263

Unlock Score-
Assault Score: 610
Engineer Score: 1183
Support Score: 0
Recon Score: 0
Vehicle Score: 320

...if you didn't give away 1183 points to the engineer class, you would've been halfway to the defib's 4000 assault points in ONE ROUND. But even without changing your playstyle, you'd only need to play 7 rounds like this, an incredible 2 kills and 6 deaths, to unlock the defib for assault. Not "dozens", so stop crying yourself to sleep over it.

Here's Worm being 2011 you in 2006, complaining about BF2142's unlock system: "Woah! Unlock the defibrillator, det packs, or grenades! Or just play BF2 and not have a nerfed character." --Worm

- No commander or artillery?


We all miss the commander role. They tried to break up some of his abilities into the classes; support gets a mortar and recon gets the UAV.

- Easy to spot vehicle life bars. Who am I supposed to repair?


The vehicles smoking or on fire.

- Squad system that was immediately intuitive.


You should've seen the pre-patch squads. This is actually the improved version!
