It was working fine with the new USB wireless I got (Netgear N300) for a couple weeks when suddenly I get back from Thanksgiving and it can barely connect anymore. It only detects the router a fraction of the time, when it
does the signal strength is always 100%, but it can almost never connect and when it does it's at unusably slow speeds. As far as I know absolutely no settings have been changed since it last worked.
No one else in the house has had a problem lately and my Wii (located in same room) wifi works fine.
I figured it might be the USB device so I bought a new Netgeat N600 but it's exactly the same.
Troubleshooting online has been useless and generic. Anyone have any ideas? |

Try and put the N600 on an extension cord, move it around and see what happens NT by Eurotrash 11/30/2011, 12:13am PST
