Forza 3 isn't a game, it's a toybox full of Hot Wheels. by Jerry Whorebach 07/07/2011, 3:58pm PDT Forza 3 absolutely does not give a shit if you're good at it or not. It couldn't care less. It gives you unlimited time rewind potion, with no penalty for using it, no option to disable it, and not even a lousy achievement for abstaining from it. In fact, there are no skill-based achievements at all, and no single-player challenges that can't be overcome by any combination of rewinding, reducing the difficulty on the spot, or simply hiring a CPU driver to do them for you in exchange for a portion of his own winnings. There's not even an option to commit to a single difficulty level for the duration of the campaign. The only goals in Forza 3 are those you set for yourself, and the only conditions are those you impose on yourself. I don't know about you, but one of the main reasons why I enjoy games - especially highly technical ones like racing sims - is because they present a challenge I can't easily circumvent by just throwing up my hands and waiting for someone to come along and give me free money and tell me I'm a winner. I get more than enough of that in real life :(
