Remember when everyone here was obsessed with Crimsonlands high scores? "Fun" is probably a more likely explanation than "Blockbuster never carried it."
In fact, I originally was only planning to post this on the Shmups.com forums, but this is still my favorite space on the internet so I thought I'd let you monsters take a crack at it, too. Bananadine had once asked me about why someone would ever think to 1CC when the game is blinking at you to continue and I never was able to give a satisfactory answer before. As for the frontpage shmup reviews, I was being openly bribed to do those. Alas, the traffic his shop was getting out of Caltrops was way too low and the deal sorta fizzled. I did get a free copy of Samidare out of it, though.
