So the question is: Should I finally just do something and take the plunge or stay here and work things out with my shrink and see into what corporate job he can get me?

Some background info: Male, in my early 20's, caucasian, pretty smart, got about 4000 euro's in the bank. Redditor for over a year, this is a throw-away.
