I can't stop playing Disgaea. by Zseni on Windows XP :( 07/20/2004, 1:06am PDT
But I'm starting to really hate playing it. I had the same problem with Morrowind. I hated playing Morrowind but I loved the idea of playing Morrowind; I hate playing Disgaea, there's only one thing to fucking do and I've done a fuckton of it, but I love the idea of levelling. Levelling, yeah! I haven't even played that much. My Laharl is level 198 and I've never transmigrated him, either. I don't have soldiers or angels or majin either

What I need is a game that will help me with my Disgaea cravings without being Disgaea. I got Dark Cloud 2 at the same time and it's a very enjoyable game (mini-review: DC2 is an A+ game and more RPGs need to take from the DC2 buffet of goodies), but it doesn't NEED playing the want Disgaea NEEDS playing. DC2 also pisses me off in that I have to clear my propetty out fore I can fish and golf on it. And there's a lot of stuff to do in DC2! Lots to see, lots of little activities, it's like a little canister of summer camp...but it doesn't NEED playing.
