Yeah, in my idiocy over trying to get the initial thing I purchased from Newegg to work, I bought another 4GB of RAM locally while the Newegg stuff was RMAed. I eventually found myself with 8GB of RAM. It's amazing. AMAZING. The text game I'm working on deals with 135MB of jpgs and MP3 resources when it compiles, and it's instant on that fucker at 8 gig.

I wish it was possible to make a RAMDISK on Windows 7. I've got so much RAM now, I'd section off a few hundred meg for browser cache.
