I just got it and burned through the first bits. It seems kind of...familiar.

Play mechanic changes from first game amount to: Jedi Sentinels are finally useful, and so is the Intelligence ability score and repair skill. You can fucking fix EVERYTHING.

I can't figure out which stats effect what for crafting, but use different characters to break down different items. I haven't a fixed table yet, but as an example, even early in the game the first female to join you can get almost 30 more chemicals out of stimulants than you can. I'm sure it's tied to Treat Injury skill and maybe an attribute, but that's a huge margin.

They seem to have adjusted things so you can reasonably go through the game with any of the weapon/armor as your focus. In some cases it's better to fight unarmed.
