WIS: 16, CHA 16. IMO. This gives +6 to DC to start. Always put points in WIS and wear WIS or CHA boosting items (many more of them in 2 than 1). If you do this, force powers will rarely fail since the consular gets an additional +3 something to DC as he levels up. Dungsroman is right, you need to start over, unless you want to miss the whole point of being a consular. Unfortunately being a consular with this setup is much harder when you're low level, but it's worth it when you can clear whole rooms in a couple of clicks later on. If you're obsessive like me, don't level up your character at all (except for the one required level up) until you become a Jedi. Many more force points and quicker +3 to DC.
HK does get his "central memory core" repaired during the course of the plot, but all of his interesting and hilarious stories can only be heard by making additional repairs which require an adjusted stat of 17. There are four stories total and with each one he gets a stat upgrade. You have to make them all before the "plot twist" repairs his central core, though. If you do it all I think you get +4 Dex and 2 innate regeneration with him. I forgot the exact breakdown, but I believe it's story 1: 10 repair, story 2: 12 repair, story 3: 14 repair, story 4: 17 repair.
