actually it's what would have made a better DMC 2, but nothing else by Worm 01/08/2010, 11:19pm PST There are some great parts, but the times you run into shitty camera angles and stupid shit just outweigh it. The dodges and Witch Time are a huge part of the game, and will get randomly disabled on certain enemies/bosses for no reason. Then other enemies can only be able to hit in Witch Time. In essence the entire combat system relies on that rather than being about dodges and stuns. Because when you run into an enemy where you don't get the Witch Time (instead you get slow mo dodge but no witch time) the fight takes forever and devolves into you doing the fucking long range stab attack from DMC with your Katana over and over again. Good effort if nothing else, but definitely a little of a let down. Maybe I'll put it all together eventually I dunno.
