I guess I should learn a little more if I'm going to use it for our shitty ticket tracking software (free, open source). I was given this project, and I have no idea what I'm doing. High five! Does anyone have $26000 I can borrow so I can just buy a sweet ticketing software app with lots of support? Here's what I don't understand: we had RT before. Now we have a paid-for system. My boss doesn't like either one. So the answer is: look at 300 free ticket systems to find out they're all like RT. Project priority: SUPER HIGH! :(
