Is now heavily nerfed. ALL melee damage to vehicles has been heavily nerfed. This, combined with the income boost, turns most games into a mech spawn fest.
I'm going to try the patch out tonight. Reducing regular ranged damage along with melee seems like a really retarded idea. Melee wasn't powerful enough, I guess?
Infantry small arms fire is pretty worthless right now, and nerfs to heavy weapons make ranged pretty shitty in general. Eldar banshees are also shit, so your only hope there is to build nothing but shuriken platforms and hope that lasts you till you pump out a hp boosted (O_O) avatar?
I have no clue what the reasoning behind making the adrenal gland upgrade more powerful but more expensive at the same time. Whatever, you hardly even need synapse bonuses anymore. You can easily get away with nothing but adrenal gland warriors. |
