| I played a couple versus games tonight, procrastinating from work HEH. Wait that is sad. :(
Anyway the first game was like second map in to No Mercy, I'm on zombies, and the survivors aren't going anywhere. Three of them are just running around the safe room, one is hiding in a corner, and another is clearly AFK, except he keeps nudging himself so that he won't go idle. The door isn't even open, so we can't spawn, we're all just waiting around. I say that the survivors should votekick the guy not doing anything, and suddenly he jumps to life and says "fuck you" and starts moving, and then opens the door and runs out, and they actually start playing. But they're barely making progress, they're just milling around the entrance. So of course I say they are going to die, starting with the guy who was idle (named Death but with squiggly letters, REAL CREATIVE). So of course he holds a grudge for the entire game, and I think a guy on my team was a friend of his or something gay like that and had an equally gay "hardcore" name. Anyway, the guy dies along with the rest of his team really early in the map and I gloat about it NATCH (TWIST) because dumb people shouldn't be and can't be protected from their own dumbness. So switching to survivors, we're not doing that much better because of the rest of the team doesn't believe in the rushing thing because they're sucky ass newbs. Eventually of course I start rushing ahead just to turn around and see the rest of the team jacking off behind me, I get jumped and everyone dies, especially after I hit the elevator button. They blame me, and all I can really say is that if you are a survivor on versus mode, if you're not rushing, you're just killing the team slowly. Taking versus slow and casually is just a death trap and does not make you safer, and it doesn't protect you from attacks, it just prologues the damage you take as you get through the map. Anyone with real versus experience knows this, I learned it from seeing people who learned it and said to rush constantly. With luck this would end with me spawning as a tank and destroying the enemy team, but in reality I spent most of the round treading water, and the guy on my team who thought he was the real pro but wasn't got to spawn as a tank twice, he even got the achievement for killing all 4 survivors as the tank, and was like YEAH THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT YOU'RE DUMB ASS RETARD TALKIN SHIT OVER PC FAHG. I told them I knew better because I played more than them, and all sorts of things which would just make them furious because of course with my years and years of experience dealing with people like this specifically over multiplayer games, you know there is no listening to reason when it comes to their types, especially after watching them with my own eyeballs as their own tactics were really just getting them killed, and of course they thought they were good players but weren't helping other teammates anyway, so they did suck and didn't know it. At that point all you can do is just rub it in and troll them. After the game was over, back in the lobby, they were still trying to be tough and flexing over text, and I told them that clearly I'm correct because they're so mad, otherwise what would they say? And then I left because the lobby was emptying out anyway, except of course for the angry guys who were trying to pound an angry response with their keyboards, which they probably snapped in half as soon as I hit the "leave lobby" button. Second game was a little more normal, No Mercy again, the players were better for the most part. One guy on my team had some goofy name with .vbc on it like he was a virus I think? He also had animated meatspin as a spray. Pretty rebellious and cool huh. For the most part though the guy seemed like a good sport or something, I dunno he was yakking on the voice chat about this or that zombie running around but mainly goofing around. Anyway we're playing and blah blah, neither team is really surviving except for almost the last map, a few of us make it to the end and we get big points. During the finale we destroy the survivors at the second tank, and then we go survivor and rush, because as I had been saying, rushing is the key to winning as survivors. We were doing okay sort of, I fucked up a couple times getting separated, except one time I jumped off to help a guy who was smokered, and then I got swarmed and someone else who of course was clueless was like WHY DID YOU JUMP OFF ARE YOU RETARDED (and that player's name was bombmexico (no) (it's just exactly like him)). Anyway, the first tank comes and people are fucking up except me of course, because they're all running towards the tank. The guy with the .vbc name gets punched right off the whole building and is like woaa over voice chat, but then a second later he says "fuck you" in text chat, and the entire screen freezes and starts flickering, and my entire computer had frozen, which I'm guessing wasn't just me. I had to hit the reset button. These were rare occasions, and actually for the most part versus games have been fun and I've had plenty of good players on both teams, playing for and against them. No trolling necessary there. |
