mario 64 DOES have voices though, it's just that the difference between the increased processing power of cart gaming vs the low processing power and higher memory storage capacity of CD games allowed the Playstation to have a giant amount of decent quality sound effects or about 20 minutes of FMVs or some shit
and then yano mario had a tiny amount of voice acting, but it had the ability to render a full 3D world with a fairly good clipping plane
also we actually rented a sega saturn and it was not bad but we couldn't afford to buy one, plus the deposit for rental was like 300 bux (D was a horrible shitpile game, but the old panzer dragoon games and some ace combat 1 or whatever was pretty fucking awesome) |
