That's right, it's official now.
Nothing they describe is particularly exciting or new from other previews, but it seems the game at least has a learning curve with a margin of error, or at least it's easy so I can enjoy the rental.
I don't know how I feel about puzzles anymore, whether I hate them in a general sense or no longer have a tolerance for the justifications most designers come up with for forcing you to do the same old bullshit. I guess if they weren't so transparent about how they deal with the presentation of tactical dilemmas in many games I wouldn't mind so much, but don't expect to reactivate the Sierra adventure game mentality when I'm in the middle of enjoying myself, if that's not too much to ask. RE 4's were bad enough. |
